Cancellation Policy

At MetroMavenn, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, order cancellations are only possible within a limited time.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped or processed for dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be cancelled in the following cases:

• The order has already been shipped
• The product is part of a limited drop or special collection
• The order was placed during a sale or promotional event
