Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item or size was delivered.

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and packaging must remain intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased during limited drops or sale.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Policy

If your product qualifies for exchange:

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
  • Customers may exchange for another size of the same product.
  • Exchange will be processed after the returned item passes inspection.

To request a return or exchange:

  • Order number.
  • Photos of the product.
  • Reason for return.
  • Our team will review and guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if replacement is unavailable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
